Job Description: The Sawmill Sports Hub is seeking a dynamic and organized Youth Programs Manager to oversee our summer camps, birthday parties, and special events for youth. This role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and implement youth programs, including summer camps, birthday parties, and special events.
- Coordinate with parents, vendors, and staff to ensure successful program delivery.
- Create and manage budgets for all youth programs.
- Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain high standards of program quality.
- Promote programs through various marketing channels.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Education, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in youth program management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
About Us
Sawmill Sports Hub will feature playing areas designed for a variety of sports and activities, including up to two 200’ x 100’ turf fields, up to 10 volleyball courts, 3 basketball courts, 9 pickleball courts, along with up to 10 batting cages. There will be a dedicated sports performance area along with Birthday Party and meeting rooms. In addition our facility will provide a full-service café for both players and spectators.
